Do to the evacuation of New Orleans in preparation for Hurricane Gustav their Annual Labor Day Parade has been rescheduled to October 25, 2008 @ 3:00PM      

Member of the Black Men of Labor remained behind is assisting those less fortunate and of little means with evacuating and re-entry.

(The members continue to meet the challenges of everyday life and stand in times of difficulty and adversity)

Color will be the dominance on the streets of New Orleans October 26, 2008
